Case in point: a user is trying to install an old version of @poliastro_py, but everything breaks so they're manually downgrading Astropy, NumPy, numba, even IPython (!) to versions that were released around the same date. This is insanity.

I doubt MATLAB users can migrate any non-trivial work over to Scilab or even GNU Octave, 32 years after release. Same with Photoshop (sorry GNU I.M.P.).
