I disagree. Too vague. Duplicating projects *may* or *may not* help the ecosystem. Communities, on the other hand, can't be duplicated.
If project A makes contributing difficult, a fork will occur, or the project will die. In this case, "duplicating" helps the ecosystem.

Sounds reasonable! There's one (minor?) thing that needs a bit more work though: what to do with the margin content if it doesn't fit horizontally. Just checked on https://jupyterbook.org/content/layout.html#margin-content and the view becomes unusable at 768 px wide. But I don't know what would I expect here.
